Pender Soil and Water Conservation District is seeking bids from contractors and professional firms to remove stream debris at several locations in Pender County. The planned work area is referenced in the attached project map. There will be no group site showing for these projects. Contractors bidding are required to make a mandatory site visit to the area to determine their bid price and will be required to sign a statement. Â
