All additional information will be provided to invited/pre-qualified trade contractors via Bid Supplement through Procore Bidding.
This project has an overall MBE subcontract participation goal of 32% overall with subgoals of 8% African American and 11% Woman Owned businesses. MBEs must be certified by the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) in order to count towards the goal. No other MBE certifications are acceptable. This project includes prevailing wages. MBE forms, provided in Procore, must be completed, and submitted with all bid proposals.
Bids for GMP 1 are due on March 28 , 2025, by no later than 2:00pm. **Late bids will NOT be accepted.
Bids for GMP 2 are due on May 9 , 2025, by no later than 2:00pm. **Late bids will NOT be accepted.
