ITB 26-01: Olan Thomas Warehouse Renovation

Sealed bids in response to Invitation to Bid No. 26-01, OLAN THOMAS WAREHOUSE RENOVATIONS, will be received by the Purchasing Division (220 South Main Street; Newark, Delaware 19711) until 2:00 p.m., prevailing time on January 13, 2025, and will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Council Chamber shortly thereafter.

The City’s preference is a single PDF copy by email in order to keep this process environmentally friendly. Please note that only emails up to 25 MB in size can be accepted.

There will be a MANDATORY pre-bid meeting on December 3, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the Olan Thomas Park Warehouse located at 144 E. Clevland Avenue, Newark, DE 19711. Please meet in the parking area outside of the main gate.
