ITB 25-03: NPD Sallyport Slab Replacement

Sealed bids in response to Invitation to Bid No. 25-03, SALLYPORT SLAB REPLACEMENT, will be received by the Purchasing Division (220 South Main Street; Newark, Delaware 19711) until 2:00 p.m., prevailing time on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, and will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Council Chamber shortly thereafter.

The City’s preference is a single PDF copy by email in order to keep this process environmentally friendly. Please note that only emails up to 25 MB in size can be accepted.

There will be a MANDATORY pre-bid meeting on May 5, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the City of Newark Police Department located at 220 South Main Street, Newark, DE 19711.  Please meet outside the main entrance.
