ITB26-003 NINILCHIK SCHOOL SEPTIC / LEACH FIELD MODIFICATIONS

The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the Borough for Ninilchik Septic/Leach Field Modification. The project consists of the following:

Contractor to provide all labor and materials to replace an existing (SAS) Soil Absorption System at the Ninilchik School

A pre-bid conference will be held at the Outside Main Entry of the Ninilchik School, 15735 Sterling Hwy, Ninilchik Alaska 99639 on September 22, 2025 at 1:00 PM. Attendance at the pre-bid is not mandatory but is strongly recommended.

This contract is subject to the provision of State of Alaska, Title 36, Minimum Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds.
