ITB25-018 NIKISKI NORTH STAR ELEMENTARY WINDOWS REPLACEMENT

The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the Borough for Nikiski North Star Elementary Windows Replacement. The project consists of providing all materials, equipment and qualified personnel to replace the existing windows with new thermally improved aluminum windows, per attached specifications and plans.

A pre-bid conference will be held at Nikiski North Star Elementary School; 45600 Holt Lamplight Road on January 29, 2025 at 11:00 AM. Attendance at the pre-bid is not mandatory but is strongly recommended.

This contract is subject to the provision of State of Alaska, Title 36, Minimum Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds.
