ITB 0641004/NFHWY00883 Cowles Street Reconstruction - Airport Way to East Cowles
Sealed bids for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and performing all work on Project No. 0641004/NFHWY00883, Cowles Street Reconstruction - Airport Way to East Cowles, described herein, will be received until 2:00 p.m. prevailing time, January 14, 2025, in the Office of the Contracts Engineer, Engineering Services Building, Room 3, 2301 Peger Road, Fairbanks, Alaska.
The project consists of reconstructing Cowles Street from Airport Way through East Cowles Street. Project work will include roadside hardware, drainage improvements, intersection improvements, ADA improvements and utilities.
Engineer's Estimate is between $2,500,000 and $5,000,000.
The project completion date is November 30, 2025.
Plans, specs, bid documents, reports, addenda and other bidder information are posted online, available for downloading free of charge at: https://ui.bidx.com/ALASKA/lettings .
Hard copies of plans & specifications are still available from the Contracts Section, Department of Transportation & Public Facilities, Engineering Services Building, Room 3, 2301 Peger Road, Fairbanks, Alaska 99709, telephone number: 907-451-2247; TDD: 711 or 1-800-770-8973 (for Hearing Impaired, requires special equipment). There is a non-refundable charge of $100, per set. Check or money order must be made payable to: State of Alaska.
Bidding documents are available for inspection at the DOT&PF regional office in Fairbanks.
