ITB 2525N070 Cordova Area Winter Maintenance

The Department of Transportation & Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Division of Maintenance & Operations (M&O), is soliciting bids for as-needed roadway snow plowing services, snow hauling and disposal services and sidewalk clearing services in Cordova, Alaska. This ITB will result in the award of a single contract for the required services.

Bids must be received no later than 2:00 pmAlaska Time on December 19, 2024, at which time they will be publicly opened. Late bids or amendments will be considered non-responsive and will not be opened or accepted for evaluation.  Faxed or oral proposals will not be accepted.

Copies of bid documents may be downloaded (Adobe Acrobat format) from this Online Public Notice website. If you download the solicitation, you must register with the Procurement Officer listed below to receive subsequent amendments. Failure to contact the Procurement Officer may result in the rejection of your offer.
