ITB 2024-100 MCBRAYER PARK IMPROVEMENTS

Sealed unit price bids will be received by the City of Hampton, Georgia from prospective contractors for the City of Hampton, Georgia’s “MCBRAYER PARK IMPROVEMENT - ITB #2024-100” project.  The City intends to award the project to the lowest responsible bidder for the project including any bid alternates selected by the City.The work consists of furnishing and installing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and related services required for a complete project.  This project includes, but is not limited to, the erosion and sediment control, installation of stormwater, water service, and wastewater infrastructure, grading and clearing of designated areas, resurfacing of one basketball court, construction and surfacing of one new basketball court, resurfacing of existing pickleball and tennis courts installation and utility connections of one prefabricated restroom facility, and all related appurtenances that are required by the Contract Drawing and these Contract Documents and Technical Specifications within the project limits in accordance this project for the City of Hampton, Georgia’s “MCBRAYER PARK IMPROVEMENT - ITB #2024-100” project.

A Mandatory Prebid Conference will be held at 11:00 AM EST on Tuesday, November 12 ^th , 2024 at the Hampton City Hall – 17 E. Main St. S.; Hampton, GA 30228.
