The Department of Corrections is soliciting for sealed bid to provide all labor, materials, equipment and travel / lodging cost to remove existing boilers and install three (3) new boilers at Lemon Creek Correctional Center (LCCC) in Juneau, Alaska as described within Section 01000 of the ITB. Bids will be received until November 13, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. local time .  Bids will be open at 802 3 ^rd Street, Suite 224, Douglas, Alaska  99824.

LCCC pre-bid site visit is scheduled for October 30, 2024 at 10:30 a.m., local time (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED).

Interested vendors must contact:  Project Manager:  Shawn Ratliff to register for the inspection and submit the "Clearance Form" to the security sergeant to run a background check to allow access to the facility.   The form must be filled out for everyone attending the site visit.  Form must be submitted 72 hours in advance.  Clearance Form is included in the bid packet.  Email your form to shawn.ratliff@alaska.gov
