Addendum 1: This addendum is being issued to answer questions and extend the bid due date to 1:00pm Alaska Time on September 10th, 2025.

The Department of Military and Veteran’s Affairs, Alaska Army National Guard Facilities Management Office, is soliciting bids for repairing cracks, potholes, and grading deficiencies, as well as resealing/restriping existing asphalt surface at Kulis CST Building 52 in Anchorage, Alaska as outlined in the solicitation.

**Mandatory** Walk-Through on August 25th, 2025 at 10am. We will meet outside the gate of the Kulis CST Building 52 in Anchorage, AK 99502, Suggested that you pre-register to be notified if this date/time changes. You will need to register with the Project Manager a minimum of 48 hours before the walk-through time and date.
