ITB26-032 KENAI VOTEC PARKING LOT UPGRADE
The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the Borough for Kenai Votec Parking Lot Upgrades. The project consists of the following:
Provide all labor and materials to remove/replace existing asphalt driveway/walkways and fencing per contract documents. A pre-bid conference will be held at Kenai Central High School, 748 Lawton Drive, Kenai AK 99611 on May 5, 2026 at 3:00 PM. Attendance at the pre-bid is not mandatory but is strongly recommended. This contract is subject to the provision of State of Alaska, Title 36, Minimum Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds. |
