ITB25-044 KENAI RIVER CENTER ROOF REPLACEMENT

The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the Borough for ITB25-044 Kenai River Center Roof Replacement. The project consists of providing all labor and materials to rehabilitate / replace the Kenai River Center (514 Funny River Rd, Soldotna, AK 99669) roof and gutter system per the supplied drawings and project manual.

A pre-bid conference will be held via Zoom Conference on March 5, 2025, at 11:00 AM. Attendance at the pre-bid is not mandatory but is strongly recommended.

This contract is subject to the provision of State of Alaska, Title 36, Minimum Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds.
