ITB24-048 KENAI CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL SITE IMPROVEMENT

The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the Borough for KCHS Site Improvements. The project consists of the following:

Provide all labor equipment and material for various site improvements at the Kenai Central High School Site improvements. Work will include sub grade repairs, drainage improvement, sanitary sewer replacement, parking lot striping, removal of existing pavement and new paving.

A pre-bid conference will be held at Poppy Lane Conference Room on April 2, 2024 at 10:00 AM. Attendance at the pre-bid is not mandatory but is strongly recommended. If you are unable to attend but would like to participate, we are offering the opportunity for you to call in and join the pre-bid meeting. The number to call is (907) 262-2044.

This contract is subject to the provision of State of Alaska, Title 36, Minimum Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds.
