Scope of Services
NEW SMYRNA BEACH UTILITIES is seeking bids from a licensed and insured painting contractor to paint buildings and structures at three different locations. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, lifts and tools necessary to perform the work. The contractor’s bid shall be based on actual field measurements. All work will follow applicable building codes and regulations.
The work will be completed at three different locations:

Central Office Building – 200 Canal St. New Smyrna Beach, FL 32168

South Beach Pump Station – 4460 S. Atlantic Ave, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32169

Water Reclamation Facility – 3119 SR 44, New Smyrna Beach FL 32168
**Mandatory Pre-Bid is scheduled for 9 A.M on Tuesday May 26, 2026 at the Central Office Building 200 Canal Street, New Smyrna Beach FL 32168

from there we will go to the other locations listed with S. Beach Pump Station as our 2nd stop and ending at Water Reclamation Facility**
