Description
Purchasing Department Invitation to Bid #25-14 HVAC Maintenance and Repair- Annual Contract Butts County is accepting proposals from qualified licensed vendors to provide preventative maintenance services and repairs for the heating and cooling systems and related vent fans located at various County buildings on a renewable annual contract basis. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the terms and conditions of this ITB. Proposals will be received by Butts County, Purchasing Department, 625 West 3rd Street, Suite 4, Jackson, GA 30233 until 2:00 PM local time on July 24, 2025. Late bids will not be considered.
