ITB25-034 HOPE SCHOOL ROOF REPLACEMENT

The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the Borough for ITB25-034 Hope School Roof Replacement. The project consists of providing all labor and materials to replace roof and related appurtenances per contract documents.

A pre-bid conference will be held on February 12, 2025, at 1:00 PM at Hope School, 19635 Hope Highway, Hope, AK 99605. Attendance at the pre-bid is not mandatory but is strongly recommended.

This contract is subject to the provision of State of Alaska, Title 36, Minimum Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds.
