ITB25-050 HOMER HIGH SCHOOL ENTRANCE
The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the Borough for name of project. The project consists of providing all labor and materials to demo and reconstruct entrance walkways, parking and landscaping per contract documents. Time-line to complete from June 1, 2025, until August 1, 2025.
A pre-bid conference will be held at 11:00 AM on March 12, 2025, at Homer High School main entrance, 600 E Fairview Avenue, Homer, Alaska. Attendance at the pre-bid is not mandatory but is strongly recommended. This contract is subject to the provision of State of Alaska, Title 36, Minimum Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds. |
