ITB 4636 - Hart Park Plaza

INVITATION TO BID
The City Clerk of the City of Midland ("City") will receive bids for the Hart Park Plaza, Bid No. 4636.
Specifications and the bid proposal form are included herein.
BID DUE: 2:00 P.M.; Tuesday, April 28, 2026

All bids/proposals are to be in sealed envelopes and plainly marked:
"BID PROPOSAL FOR HART PARK PLAZA, BID NO. 4636"
The project is located in Hart Park,701 W. Main St. Midland, Michigan and shall include but not be limited
to a new concrete plaza and walkway, bronze medallions, benches, interpretive signage and site restoration.
The project site is open for site visits seven days a week during normal park hours.
Any bid/proposal received after the above specified due date and time will not be considered and will be
returned to the bidder.

Registration is required to view and download bid package and specifications; follow link at

Department which is part of the Finance Department at City Hall, Midland, MI or by
emailing purchasing@midland-mi.org.
A certified check or bid bond for a sum of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal
will be required with each bid.
The City reserves the right to accept or reject all or any part of any and all bids, to waive irregularities and
to award in the best interest of the City of Midland.
