The purpose of Amendment #1 is to:

Amendment #1 is a mandatory return amendment.

This Invitation to Bid (ITB) is intended to result in the award of a single contract for the as needed removal of unauthorized encampments located within transportation infrastructure at various locations within the state, managed by the Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF)

Bids must be received no later than 2:00 PM prevailing Alaska Standard Time on October 30, 2025 Electronic bid submission is acceptable, but faxed or oral proposals will not be accepted.

Copies of bid documents may be downloaded (Adobe Acrobat format) from this Online Public Notice website. If you download the solicitation, you must register with the Procurement Officer listed below to receive subsequent amendments. Failure to contact the Procurement Officer may result in the rejection of your offer.
