1878-25 (ITB) Gym Locker Room Renovations at EHMS and EHHS

East Hartford Public Schools (EHPS) seeks a skilled and knowledgeable general contractor to provide "Turn Key" renovations to the Middle School and High Schools existing main gym locker rooms. the work in the total of four (4) locker rooms includes but is not limited to replacement of lockers, resurfacing floors, plumbing and fixtures, fire protections modifications, lighting & electrical, ceilings, walls and work as indicated in the drawings and specifications identified per school included in this invitation to bid. A mandatory pre-bid conference and site tour will be held on Monday, February 24, 2025 at 10:00am beginning inside the Main Lobby at East HArtford High School, 869 Forbes St. East HArtford Ct, the followed by a site visit at the East Hartford Middle School. This will be the only opportunity to view the job sites.
