It is the intent of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) to solicit bids from qualified Contractors who provide grounds maintenance, mowing and clean up services for the City of Fort Walton Beach, FL along specified rights of way, including along ditch lines, along retention ponds, street easements and other city properties.
