ITB25-063 GRAVEL PROJECT - WEST REGION, UNIT 7 - BONITA AVENUE, FERN FOREST STREET & KNACKSTEDT STREE

The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the Borough for the FY25 Gravel Road Project – Bonita Avenue, Fern Forest Street & Knackstedt Street.

The project consists of doing a gravel upgrade of Bonita Avenue, Fern Forest Street, and Knackstedt Street located near the intersection of Poppy Ridge Road and Bonita Avenue. The Bonita Ave upgrades will begin on Bonita and Poppy Ridge and continue East 2,600 ft. The Fern Forest St upgrades will begin at Bonita Ave and end 1,300 ft north at Radcliff Ave and the Knackstedt St upgrades will begin at Bonita Ave and end 1,300 ft north at Radcliff Ave. Work must be complete by June 30, 2025

A pre-bid conference will be held at the KPB Roads Department, 47140 E, Poppy Lane, Soldotna, Alaska on May 6, 2025, at 10:00 AM. Attendance at the pre-bid is not mandatory but is strongly recommended.
