Two pre-bid conferences will be conducted, beginning at the Berks County Jail located at 1287 County Welfare Road, Leesport, PA 19533, and continuing to additional project sites. The first conference is scheduled for Thursday, September 25, 2025 at 10:00 A.M., and the second for Thursday, October 9, 2025 at 10:00 A.M. All attendees must check in at the Jail lobby and await further instructions from County personnel.
