Answers to questions received:
* Q-Is it possible for our Safety Director to make a site visit prior to bid day? I was
unclear looking at the drawings prior to the pre-bid that there was a tunnel area
surrounded the entire pool and it would be preferred to have their involvement
prior to bidding due to the nature of this renovation.
A -Yes, schedule with Cameron Clark for an appointment.
* Q-Do you know whether or not the preference for the safety harness and fall
protection system (section H) would be to mount onto the block wall or on an
accessible overhead structure similar to the hoist? If block is preferred, do you
know if the block wall is filled or not?
A-There is not a preference, price will be considered. You may bid one or both
systems.
* Q-Is there an estimated square footage of concrete repair that can be provided? If
not, would this work be considered for a unit price item?
A We do not have an estimated square footage. We will not consider a unit price
item. The price submitted should be lump sum.
* Q - Is there an estimated quantity of new steel supports required? If not, would
this work be considered for a unit price item?
A - Please refer to the engineered drawing and specs for this. We will not
consider unit pricing. The price submitted should be lump sum.
* Q - Is the contractor required to install a pool coating upon completion of the
concrete repairs?
A - Please refer to the engineered drawing and specs for this information.

* Q -What is the intended design and scope for the safety harness and fall protection
system?
A - There is not a preference, price will be considered. You may bid multiple
options for systems.
All other specifications remain the same. Vendor to acknowledge receipt of this
addendum by initialing and returning this addendum notice with the return
solicitation package or via facsimile if it has already been submitted. If already
