The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority (RTAA) Contracts & Procurement Department, in accordance
with the provisions of NRS Chapter 338, is currently accepting sealed Bids from qualified
Contractors, per NRS 338.1382 and licensed to work in the State of Nevada, to remove existing
AC paving, excavate, remove existing manhole, install 10,000-gallon tank and lift station, backfill,
and install new AC paving, associated electrical conduit and wiring, and storm drain piping,
ancillary work associated with the Project, and to provide all material, labor, tools, expendable
equipment, transportation services, permits and fees, utilities required, and all incidental items
necessary to provide the Scope of Work entitled "North Apron Deice Pad Tank Installation."
A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 1:00 PM [PDT] on Monday, July 27, 2026 at the
RTAA Construction Trailer at 2770 Vassar St, Reno, NV 89502. A project site walk will immediately
follow the Pre-Bid Meeting.
All sealed Bids must be received and time stamped by the RTAA Contracts & Procurement
Department, 2770 Vassar St, Reno, NV 89502 by no later than 1:00 PM [PDT], Wednesday,
August 5, 2026. Bids will be opened immediately following the deadline.
Solicitations and addenda are available online on the Nevada Government eMarketplace (NGEM)
website: https://nevada.ionwave.net/. Contractors must register with the NGEM Supplier
System, and keep their contact information updated, to continue to receive ITB solicitations and
notifications. Supplier Registration profiles will be shared with all NGEM-participating
government entities.
