The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority (RTAA) Contracts & Procurement Department, in accordance
with the provisions of NRS Chapter 332, is currently accepting sealed Bids from qualified
Contractors to provide monthly preventative maintenance and repair service, and when
conditions warrant, adjust, repair, or replace all parts and components, on elevators and
escalators at Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO) and elevators at Reno-Stead Airport (RTS).
All sealed Bids for ITB #26/27-01 Elevator & Escalator Preventative Maintenance & Repair
Services shall be opened at 2:00 PM [PDT], Tuesday, August 4, 2026.
Solicitation documents and addenda are available online at the Nevada Government
eMarketplace (NGEM) website: https://nevada.ionwave.net/. Prospective Contractors must
register with the NGEM Supplier System and keep their contact information updated to continue
to receive ITB solicitations and notifications. Supplier Registration profiles will be shared with all
NGEM-participating government entities.
