Pre-Bid Site Visit: A pre-bid site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, October 23, 2024 at 11:00 am. Interested firms must provide name(s) and cell telephone number(s) for proposed attendees to GrahamC@akrr.com by 3:00 p.m. October 21, 2024. PPE: Hardhats, safety vests, protective footwear, safety glasses will be required. This is not a mandatory meeting, although interested firms are encouraged to participate. It is recommended that prospective Contractors visit the site and become familiar with the site conditions prior to bidding the work, so as to make their own assessment of what means and methods will be necessary to complete the work. A bidder's failure to attend the pre-bid conference will in no way relieve the bidder of the responsibility of performing the work in compliance with the intent and meaning of the terms, conditions and specifications of this ITB.
