Dona Ana County is requesting sealed bids for Event Tents, Equipment and Amusement Rental Services. Dona Ana County is interested in establishing a price agreement with a firm or firms from the time of award until June 30, 2027, with the option to renew at the discretion of the County for an additional four (4) one-year terms not to exceed a total of five (5) years. Pursuant to §13-1- 153 NMSA 1978 of the NM Procurement Code the County reserves the right to multi-source award this ITB. No purchases are obligated by this invitation to bid; purchases are obligated by purchase order only. Orders will be placed on an “as needed” indefinite quantity basis.
