ITB 25-003 English Oak Park Improvements

Sealed Bids for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and appurtenances necessary for
the construction of English Oak Park Improvements will be received at Doraville City Hall, 3725
Park Avenue, Doraville, Georgia 30340 until 2:00 p.m., local time, on February 7, 2025, and then
at said office publicly opened and read aloud. The Project consists of the following major elements: 300 SF prefabricated restroom facility with
associated utilities, and 8500 SF of asphalt walking path resurfacing with related demolition,
stairs, fencing, handrails, retaining walls, sidewalks, erosion control and landscaping.

Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference
Tuesday, January 21st, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. EST.

BID DUE DATE and OPENING DATE:
Friday, February 7th, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. EST.
Bids shall only be accepted at the City Hall at:
3725 Park Avenue, Doraville, GA 30340

Bids shall be accepted prior to the due date, but not later than the due date and time.
Bids shall be submitted in hard copy format (two originals) and one flash drive.
Any bid submitted in any other format (email, fax, mail, etc.) will not be accepted.
