NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS:

Sealed bids on the “2026 DRAKE ST., CAMPAU DR. & NORWOOD DR. RECONSTRUCTION &

WATERMAIN; CONTRACT NO. 04”, will be received in the office of the City Clerk, in the City Hall,

333 West Ellsworth Street, Midland, Michigan 48640 until 2:00 p.m., December 23, 2025, after

which time no further bids will be received. All bids will be publicly opened and read at this time

and place. Bids will be tabulated, and a contract may be awarded at a later City Council meeting.

CONTRACT NO. 04 is for the street reconstruction and water main installation on Drake St.

from Saginaw Rd. to Longfellow Ln., Campau Dr. from Saginaw Rd. to Longfellow Ln. and

Norwood Dr. from Campau Dr. to 500 feet west of Eastman Ave. Some of the quantities listed in

the Itemized Bid are as follows:
