INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for ANC Access Gate & Headbolt Outlet Installation / ANC Old AFM Gate Rebid, Project Number CSAPT00931 / CSAPT01150B, will be received before 2:00 p.m., April 2, 2025 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This state funded contract at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport is comprised of two projects. Project CSAPT00931 will replace the AFM West swing gate with an electronic vehicle gate and install two head bolt outlets (HBO). Project CSAPT01150B will install pivot gates at the Old Airfield Maintenance Facility and install access control and an exit card reader at the North Terminal employee parking lot. Work for both projects includes trenching, fencing, access controls, card readers, loop detectors, paving, signage and pavement markings.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $1,000,000 and $2,500,000. The Project completion date will be September 30, 2025.
