ITB: CSAPT01343 - ANC South Terminal Pavement Repairs

INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for ANC South Terminal Pavement Repairs, Program Number CSAPT01343, will be received before 2:00 p.m., June 10, 2026 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This state funded project will perform asphalt repairs to the roadways providing access to employee parking, long-term parking, and the parking garage at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport. Work includes clearing and grubbing, pavement planing, excavation and backfill, temporary power gate operators, temporary access controls, curb and gutter, hot mix asphalt, pavement markings, and sodding.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The Project completion date will be September 30, 2026.
