ITB: CPFAC00893 - Atwood Building Electrical Upgrades

INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for Atwood Building Electrical Upgrades, Program Number CPFAC00893, will be received before 2:00 p.m., July 15, 2026 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This state funded project will replace two existing electrical services, their respective main distribution switchboards, and automatic transfer switches in the Atwood Building in Anchorage, Alaska. The project will also construct a new electrical room, conduct abatement of hazardous materials, and patch/repair existing finishes inside the building as necessary to complete the work.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $2,500,000 and $5,000,000. The Project substantial completion date will be December 15, 2027.

A non-mandatory pre-bid site visit will be held at 10:00am on Thursday May 28, 2026 at the project location (550 W 7 ^th Ave). Meet in the front lobby.
