INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for Atwood Building Code Improvements, Project Number CPFAC00945, will be received before 2:00 p.m., April 30, 2025 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This state funded project will construct life safety improvements to smoke control systems in the Robert B. Atwood Building (550 W. 7th Ave) in Anchorage, Alaska. Work includes removal and replacement of smoke control makeup air handlers and ductwork, modifications to fire and smoke control dampers, installation of a new smoke control panel, and related electrical, architectural, and structural improvements.

A non-mandatory pre-bid site visit will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday February 20, 2025 at the project location. Meet in the front lobby.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The Project substantial completion date will be November 15, 2025.
