ITB 2026-07, City of Newberry Water Main Extension

The City of Newberry, Florida (“Owner”) is inviting Bidders to electronically submit sealed bids for ITB 2026-07, City of Newberry Water Main Extension. Awarded Bidder is to perform all Work as specified or indicated in the Plans, Specifications, and Bid Documents for the prices and within the times indicated in this Bid and in accordance with the other terms and conditions of the Bidding Documents.

Bids must be submitted by 2:00 PM EST, Thursday, March 12, 2025.

Questions should be submitted to the Owner through Bid Express only. Questions will be accepted through Tuesday March 3, 10:30 AM EST.

Bids will be opened and read aloud at a virtual Public Bid Opening on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST. All members of the public may attend the Public Bid Opening Workshop. Attendees may join by accessing the link below at the stated date and time:
