INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for Victory Road Pavement Preservation, Project Number 0001726 / CFHWY00672, will be received before 2:00 p.m., January 9, 2026 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This federally funded project will resurface Victory Road located at Milepost (MP) 94.7 of the Glenn Highway. The project will improve both the asphalt and gravel sections of Victory Road, including drainage improvements, culvert replacement, signage and striping.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $1,000,000 and $2,500,000. The Project completion date will be November 30, 2026.

Plans, Specs, Bid Packets and Addenda along with other additional information pertaining to the project may now be downloaded in their entirety at no charge from the Department’s approved online bidding service: https://www.bidx.com/ak/lettings . Bidding documents may also be purchased for $100.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
