INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for Kachemak Drive MP 0-3.5 Pavement Preservation, Project Number 0001701 / CFHWY00602, will be received before 2:00 p.m., August 15, 2025 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This federally funded project will resurface Kachemak Drive from the Sterling Highway to East End Road in Homer, Alaska. Work includes drainage improvements, reclaiming, paving, and striping.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $2,500,000 and $5,000,000. The Project completion date will be August 15, 2026.

Plans, Specs, Bid Packets and Addenda along with other additional information pertaining to the project may now be downloaded in their entirety at no charge from the Department’s approved online bidding service: https://www.bidx.com/ak/lettings .
