INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for HSIP: Anchorage Flashing Yellow Arrow and Signal Head Display Improvements – Stage 1, Project Number 0001808 / CFHWY01334, will be received before 2:00 p.m., November 19, 2025 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This federally funded project will be the first of two stages to install flashing yellow arrow signal heads for existing left turning movements at multiple intersections throughout Anchorage, Alaska. Work includes installing new signal poles, mast arms, and foundations; upgrading existing TS-1 traffic controller cabinets and electrical load centers; relocating mast arm signage; and reconstructing existing sidewalk, roadway, curb and gutter, and curb ramps.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The Project completion date will be September 30, 2027.
