INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for De Armoun Rd: E 140 ^th Ave – Hillside Dr Pavement Preservation, Project Number 0510007/CFHWY00286, will be received before 2:00 p.m., July 9, 2025 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This federally funded project will resurface De Armoun Road from East 140th Avenue to Hillside Drive. Project work includes drainage improvements, paving, guardrail, signing and striping.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $2,500,000 and $5,000,000. The Project completion date will be July 31, 2026.

Plans, Specs, Bid Packets and Addenda along with other additional information pertaining to the project may now be downloaded in their entirety at no charge from the Department’s approved online bidding service: https://www.bidx.com/ak/lettings . Bidding documents may also be purchased for $100.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
