INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for AMATS: Downtown Trail Connection, Program Number 0001662 / CFHWY00586, will be received before 2:00 p.m., May 15, 2026 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This federally funded project will construct a 1.29 mile trail connection between the Tony Knowles Coastal Trail to the Ship Creek Trail in downtown Anchorage. Project work includes embankment construction, riprap, paving, drainage improvements, reinforced concrete flood structure, and ADA Improvements.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000. The Project completion date will be October 15, 2027.
