ITB26-007 CENTRAL PENINSULA LANDFILL BALER SYSTEM DEMOLITION AND REMOVA

The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the Borough for all materials and labor necessary for a complete demolition and removal of the Central Peninsula Landfill baler system, heat exchanger, and associated ductwork. Work will include but is not limited to: draining oil tanks, removing all associated components of the baler system, removing all associated components of the heat exchanger system, and disposing of all demolished materials. After baler demolition, backfill the site and pour concrete slab to slope correctly with existing pad.

A pre-bid conference will be held at the Central Peninsula Landfill Baler Building, 46915 Sterling Hwy, Soldotna, AK 99669 on October 23, 2025, at 2:00 PM. Attendance at the pre-bid is not mandatory but is strongly recommended.

This contract is subject to the provision of State of Alaska, Title 36, Minimum Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds.
