INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for AVTEC 3 ^rd Avenue Dorm Re-siding, Project Number 25C0758505, will be received before 2:00 p.m., July 16, 2025 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This state funded project will remove and replace exterior siding and windows at the AVTEC 3 ^rd Avenue dorm building in Seward, Alaska.

A non-mandatory pre-bid site visit will be held at 10:30 am on Wednesday July 9, 2025 at the project location (516 3 ^rd Ave, Seward AK). Meet in the dorm lobby.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $1,000,000 and $2,500,000. The Project substantial completion date will be July 25, 2026.

Plans, Specs, Bid Packets and Addenda along with other additional information pertaining to the project may now be downloaded in their entirety at no charge from the Department’s approved online bidding service: https://www.bidx.com/ak/lettings . Bidding documents may also be purchased for $100.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
