Description
Fulton County, Georgia "County" The Fulton County Public Library System (FCLS) is soliciting bids from qualified telecommunications service providers to supply broadband Internet access and wide area network (WAN) connectivity between primary and secondary data centers and a number of individual public libraries located within the metropolitan Atlanta Georgia area.
