The purpose of this solicitation is to establish an Agreement with FDVA for the Emory L. Bennett State Veterans’ Nursing Home located at 1920 Mason Avenue, Daytona Beach, FL 32117 (Volusia County). The successful Contractor shall provide labor, materials, for the removal of existing equipment and the installation and assembly of new equipment listed in Section III “Statement of Work”. FDVA invites interested Contractors to submit a bid in accordance with this solicitation. Contractor will provide the removal of old therapy equipment which will be retained by Bennett SVNH. Contractor will provide new therapy equipment and furniture listed in Section III “Statement of Work”. Contractor will install and assemble all new therapy equipment and furniture unless otherwise specified in the scope of work.
