ITB 2026-4 - Asphalt Services for Roadways, Parking Lots and Trails

Project Description: Utah County intends to select a qualified contractor to provide labor and materials associated with providing asphalt removal and replacement, providing and placing asphalt crack sealant and providing and placing asphalt seal coat on surfaces of various roadways, parking lots, parkways, and trails located in Utah County.
The County intends for this to be a multi-year award with work to be performed during Contractor’s production seasons for up to three (3) years with the option to renew for another three (3) years.
Utah County may, at its discretion, choose to award to multiple Contractors an ongoing contract. The specific list of roadways, parking lots, parkways and trails shall be determined after the bid is awarded and at the beginning of each subsequent year. Costs for additional areas to be sealed in subsequent years shall be based on the Unit Prices set forth in Contractor’s Cost Proposal.
