ITB 26-04-214208 ARRC Seward Living Reef Construction
Addendum #1 March 6, 2026
This project will construct an artificial marine reef “Reef” in Resurrection Bay, Seward, Alaska. The Reef in the shallow water, above El. -80.0, in the city owned tidelands, south of the downtown area and adjacent to the Alaska SeaLife Center. The project will provide compensatory mitigation for the expansion of the Seward Freight Dock, at the head of Resurrection Bay.
Bids will be received until 3:00 PM Local Time on April 13, 2026
Pre-Bid Conference: A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 2:00 PM, March 19, 2026 via Microsoft Teams.
Site Visit: A non-mandatory site visit will be held at 3:00 PM, March 19, 2026- pre-registration required per addendum #1.
