ITB 2026-0200-0171 / 02-105-26 Printing Secure Forms 835 And 852

General Information:
The Department of Administration, Division of Motor Vehicles, is soliciting bids from a qualified vendor to produce and deliver two official DMV forms: the Certificate of Title (Form 835) and the Temporary Vehicle Permit (Form 852). These forms must meet security, quality, and compliance standards to support statewide vehicle registration and permitting operations.

Last Day for Question Submittal: February 9, 2026
Deadline for Receipt of Bids:  February 18, 2026, prior to 2:00:00 PM Alaska Time
