INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for LHD Aircraft & Lakeshore Drive Rehabilitation, Project Number AIP 3-02-0013-XXX-2025 / CFAPT00882, will be received before 2:00 p.m., March 21, 2025 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This federally funded project will rehabilitate the asphalt pavement of roadways Aircraft and Lakeshore Drive at the Lake Hood Seaplane Base in Anchorage, Alaska. Work includes pavement removal, excavation, culvert replacement, geogrid, geotextile, subbase course, crushed asphalt base course, crushed aggregate base course, hot mix asphalt, and traffic markings.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $2,500,000 and $5,000,000. The Project completion date will be August 15, 2025.
