ITB 26-010, ADA Alpharetta Adult Activity Center Parking Lot Improvements

The City of Alpharetta is accepting bids from qualified contractors to provide all materials, labor, and equipment for the complete construction of the Parking Lot Improvements at the North Park Adult Activity Center. The scope or work includes, but is not limited to, demolition, milling of existing pavement, installation of asphalt pavement, installation of sidewalk, installation of storm sewer system materials, installation of curb and gutter, grading, erosion control, and related work (collectively, the ¿Work¿). The location of Work is at the North Park Adult Activity Center at 13450 Cogburn Rd --- within the City of Alpharetta, Georgia.
The Work is funded (in part) by federal grant assistance under the Community Development Block Grant program through a subgrant award from Fulton County, Georgia; requiring the awarded Contractor to adhere to all qualifying requirements through the Work duration (see Section 2, Appendix C, and Appendix D for more information).
